Class Cancellations
Classes may be canceled without penalty if canceled at least 12 hours before the scheduled class time.
Cancellations made within 12 hours of class start, or failure to attend without notice ("no-show"), may result in the loss of the class credit or applicable late cancellation fee.
Memberships
Memberships automatically renew unless canceled according to the membership agreement.
Requests to cancel memberships must be submitted before the next billing cycle.
Refunds
Drop-in classes, memberships, workshops, special events, retail purchases, and class packages are generally non-refundable.
Refunds may be considered only in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of studio management.
Studio Cancellations
If Alchemy cancels a class, participants will receive a class credit or the option to transfer into another available class.
Medical Exceptions
Medical emergencies or injuries may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Documentation may be requested.

Welcome to Alchemy Pole & Dance. By using our website, booking classes, purchasing memberships, or attending classes, you agree to the following terms.
Eligibility
Participants must meet the minimum age requirements for classes. Minors must have a parent or legal guardian complete all required waivers and registration forms.
Class Participation
By attending classes, you acknowledge that pole, dance, aerial, and fitness activities involve inherent risks. You agree to participate at your own risk and to complete all required liability waivers before participating.
Memberships & Class Passes
Memberships, class packages, and drop-in purchases are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered participant.
Studio Expectations
We are committed to maintaining a welcoming, respectful, and inclusive environment. Harassment, discrimination, bullying, or unsafe behavior toward staff or fellow students will not be tolerated and may result in removal from class or termination of membership without refund.
